1.
Introduction to Corrugated is an entry level class with less than 6 months of corrugator experience. This course is an easy to understand format, which gives your employees the ability to develop, understand and communicate in a “common corrugated language”. This common language allows your employees to identify and quickly resolve many quality issues on your corrugator. |
|
2.
“Bonding Fundamentals” is the second half of the session that concentrates on managing raw materials, paper and starch as they pertain to the mechanics of the bond, while controlling warp. This course can be offered as a “stand-alone” program, targeting the process of making quality combined board. |
|
Both sessions are a combination of classroom and hands-on and are not machine "brand" specific. |
Total program length is 3 days. The first 1 ½ days is the introduction to Corrugated. The second 1 ½ days is the Bonding Fundamentals. |
